Crawford Architects is seeking an Architect to join our growing Honolulu office as a Design/Construction Manager. We promote a creative and collaborative team culture as we strive toward innovation and excellence in our unique practice. In this role, you will assist in the overall efforts of various project phases, including RFQ/P coordination, developer on-boarding, compliance and documentation. Essential job responsibilities may include the following:
Requirements
Candidates will have to meet the following minimum qualifications for consideration:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution, Master’s (MArch) preferred.
Experience: Hawai’i licensed architect withat least 5 years of experience in the practice of architecture, project management, construction, or related field.
Location: Applicant must be a resident of the State of Hawai’i
Technical Skills / Software Capabilities: Candidates should have strong technical skills/proficiency with the following tools:
Soft Skills: Priority will be given to candidates who effectively demonstrate the following:
