About This Position ***Must live in the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area*** Starting Wage $ per hour Hiring Bonus: $300 Monthly performance-based bonus opportunity up to $300 Full time with Benefits Training: M-F 8am-4pm (4 weeks) 2nd Shift Availability: M-F 2pm-11pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers. Responsible for placing orders, handling questions for package programs regarding order status, return processing, and product knowledge. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers. Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments and answer customer questions. Process a variety of administrative tasks as a result of the customer call or chat. Consistently meet establish performance metrics and quality standards. Complete other duties assigned by management. What You'll Need High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to meet availability requirements that includes, days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays Ability to attend four-week training from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills Prior customer service experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and upbeat telephone voice Ability to type 30 wpm Must be at least 18 years old Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area Benefits Keefe offers comprehensive benefits to all regular-full time employees: Medical w/prescription coverage Benefit Credit received when enrolled in a TKC medical plan, to help offset your benefit costs.
