Key Responsibilities
Lead technical programs for strategic customer success, ensuring successful launches and post-launch support
Act as the primary interface between key customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and aligning on delivery timelines
Define success metrics for customer programs and work with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in leading enterprise software implementations or Professional Services delivery
Proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments from kickoff to production launch
Demonstrated success in managing scope, SOW execution, and customer escalations
Technical fluency in cloud architectures, API / SDK integrations, and enterprise technical ecosystems
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on representing customer needs internally
