Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) All RNs receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and cross-training as Charge RN. Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence. Experience : Minimum of 18 months Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Ability to meet the schedule requirements outlined above. Receive training in : NIHSS (Stroke Scale) IV Ultrasound Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership skill development Competitive Pay : Base rate plus internal float differential. Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA required.
Degrees :
Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program is essential.
Required Functional Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Skills & Abilities : Strong communication skills, ability to make independent decisions, excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities.
