A company is looking for a Data Analyst 2 to support IT helpdesk operations within the Microsoft Digital Global Support department.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update documentation for the Digital Nervous System (DNS) reporting platform
Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards using multiple data sources
Build AI / ML solutions using Azure and Microsoft Fabric to identify patterns and trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related technical field
2-4 years of applicable experience in data analysis and reporting
Experience with Power BI, including data visualization, modeling, and DAX
Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning and building low-code / no-code solutions
Strong knowledge of SQL and Kusto Query Language (KQL)
