A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist II to assist in a full range of procurement services and manage purchases.
Key Responsibilities
Interface with vendors and manage purchase orders for supplies and equipment
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of purchase orders and contracts
Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and resolve purchasing issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED required
5+ years of relevant procurement work experience
Background check required
Knowledge of government acquisition laws and federal contracting environment
Experience with procurement file documentation and proposal processes for federal acquisition
