A company is looking for a Senior Sales Planning Manager to join their Sales Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy product-specific quotas for over 300 sales roles on a monthly basis
Create scalable models integrating data from various systems to inform quota deployment
Enhance sales compensation performance through monthly insights and performance evaluations
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales and GTM Operations
Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel
Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence tools
Familiarity with sales tools, preferably Salesforce
Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix environment
