We are a national organization of professional painting contractors specializing in beautifying homes and buildings; interiors, exteriors, commercial buildings, offices, and condominiums. Independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters of Nashua, NH and Westford ,MA is experiencing growth in the market and we are looking to add experienced painters. We are looking for candidates that embody our visions and values and are excited about the opportunity to change the lives of our customers!

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills

  • Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion
  • Previous professional painting experience preferred
  • Basic carpentry repairs skills a plus
  • Familiarity with painting tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Customer service oriented
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a leadership role of a painting crew is a must
  • Experience planning of a painting project to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget
  • Experience coaching a crew
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors and supervisor
  • Ability to independently solve problems
  • Great time management skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of painting experience verifiable through references
  • Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment necessary
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Quality conscious and detail-oriented
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (repetitive movements, standing, lifting, climbing, working at heights of greater than 10 feet, etc.)
  • General Liability and Worker's Comp insurance
