What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to maintain order within the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any irregularities, including property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on the premises.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and / or contractors within the tech, media, and telecom environment.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and any incidents encountered during patrols.

Follow all Allied Universal and client protocols while adapting to varying working environments and conditions specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
