[job_card.job_description]Assist fans with any questions, comments, and concerns at the guest relations kiosk Assist with making the distribution process of promotional and theme items as seamless as possible Create a positive and memorable experience for fans through revenue-generated game day stations Complete all other duties as assigned Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds Ability to take ownership of assigned business areas and address issues as they arise Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity Excellent attention to detail, organizational & time management skills Excellent work ethic and ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and prioritize various workloads Physical demands : at least 50% walking and 20% using stairs Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree from College or University with an emphasis in Hospitality, Public Relations, Communications, Business, Marketing, Sports Administration / Management, Event / Entertainment Management or a related field Are you willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed?
Summary of Responsibilities :
- Game Day Ambassadors are primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service through various game day tasks including guest relations, fun zones, and revenue-generated stations.
- Individuals chosen for these positions must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays and variable hours as assigned, based on the organization's regular and postseason schedule.
- Game Day Ambassadors will also be responsible for working community events and special events throughout the calendar year.
