We are excited to announce the opening of our new Technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry.

As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced on-site Process Engineer to join the team. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this position will perform continuous improvement and sustainment of manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and ensure proper quality.

An overview of your responsibilities!

• Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing and industrial processes
• Drive manufacturing process enhancements based on production data to attain product quality and production efficiency goals
• Create and maintain production work instructions and tools lists
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Ensure processes and equipment adhere to safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with design engineering by providing design for manufacturing feedback for new product introduction
• Conduct problem solving efforts using industry standard tools
• Implement best practices of manufacturing plants (lean flow, technologies, automation)
