Job Summary / Objective

The Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Supervisor oversees the daily 2nd shift activities required by the food safety and quality assurance programs, supporting the production of safe, high-quality products that meet Bake’n Joy’s specifications and consumer expectations. This hands-on role involves monitoring the FSQA technicians, providing guidance to production staff, and ensuring compliance with Bake’n Joy FSQA policies and procedures along with regulatory requirements. The FSQA Supervisor collaborates closely with Production, Warehouse, R&D, and Scheduling to maintain the food safety and quality program.

Compensation

The typical starting salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 / year. Several factors, including skills, experience, education, certifications, and the location of the job will determine the actual pay offered. The salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for associates in these positions.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
