Join our dynamic Global Service Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, reporting directly to the Sr. Finance Manager Global Service. In this strategic role, you will help drive business performance by delivering insightful financial analysis and data-driven recommendations that influence decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering : Serve as the primary finance partner to the Service HQ Partner's business. Deliver financial modeling, benchmarking, and executive-level reporting of key performance indicators. Communicate a clear and compelling narrative around business drivers and the implications of financial results.
• Operational & Financial Analysis : Support global service functions through proactive business partnering. Analyze financial and operational results, highlighting key variances against forecast and plan to inform strategic decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams on major initiatives. Provide financial insights to support decisions related to operational efficiency, cost optimization, capital investments, vendor selection, and negotiations.
• Month-End Close Support : Contribute to the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and conducting various financial analyses.
• Planning & Forecasting : Assist in developing current-year and long-range financial plans. Define financial targets using key business assumptions, applying rigorous methodologies and financial discipline.
• Ad Hoc Analysis : Provide timely and relevant financial analysis to support evolving business needs.
