• Location : San Fernando, California - Access to Los Angeles, scenic parks, and a diverse healthcare community
• Job Type : Locum tenens (contract position)
• Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Shifts per Week : 5
• Shift Duration : 8-hour days
• Setting : Hybrid - 3-4 days in-home patient visits, 1-2 days remote (telehealth, admin, charting)
• Contract Duration : 26 weeks
• Hours per Week : 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $3840 - $4550 per week
• Travel : Occasional travel within San Fernando and Santa Clarita; overnight stays possible (travel expenses covered)
