Genesys IVR Tester (with Cyara)

Contract : 6 Months
Pay Rate : $40 / hr on W2
We are looking for an experienced Genesys IVR Tester with strong Cyara expertise and a background in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) environments. This role is fully onsite in Newark, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end IVR testing for Genesys-based contact center systems.
- Develop test cases, test plans, and automation scenarios using Cyara .
- Validate call flows, prompts, routing logic, integrations, and backend responses.
- Execute functional, regression, and load testing cycles.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and work with dev teams for resolution.
- Ensure testing quality and compliance aligned with BFSI standards.
- Provide clear documentation, test evidence, and status reporting.
