Instructional Designer I

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer Level 1.

Key Responsibilities

Develop curriculum that integrates biblical principles and meets quality standards for adult and graduate programs

Collaborate with academic teams to design, develop, and evaluate instructional strategies for course development

Ensure compliance with guidelines such as fair use, copyright, and accessibility in all course materials

Required Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited university

Two to three years of instructional design experience preferred

Experience with online learning platforms and multimedia development tools preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
