A company is looking for a Relocation Coach to support individuals during their relocation journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with relocators throughout their relocation process
Communicate effectively with relocators to understand their needs and provide guidance on relocation services
Manage complex inquiries and escalate issues as necessary to ensure successful outcomes for relocators
Required Qualifications and Training
Must be located within UTC-8, UTC-7, UTC-6, or UTC-5 timezones
Fluency in verbal and written English is required
Knowledge of major US cities and lifestyle norms is essential
No prior relocation experience is necessary as training will be provided
Bonus for candidates who have lived or relocated within the US or speak additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Arabic
