A company is looking for an HR Business Partner who will build trusted partnerships to enhance employee experiences and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert in all areas of human resources and provide foundational HR support
Consult with employees and managers to resolve employee relations issues and improve organizational effectiveness
Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decisions and align talent strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
2-5 years of HR Business Partner experience
Working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and talent management
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels
Proficient in MS Office Suite; Workday HCM experience preferred
