A company is looking for a Contract Administrator (Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, execute, and record various contracts and purchase orders
Administer subcontracts by maintaining contractual obligations and documentation
Assist Accounts Payable by reviewing invoices for compliance with contracts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years' experience in contract administration or related work
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills
General knowledge of standard contract templates and language
Understanding of accounting principles and multi-state and federal construction law is desired
