Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and evaluate annual giving campaigns across various channels
Manage membership acquisition, renewal, and corporate sponsor relationships
Oversee donor cultivation activities and coordinate donor engagement opportunities
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
Experience with donor or CRM database systems
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Self-directed and entrepreneurial, capable of running programs independently
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with donors and board members
