Key Responsibilities
Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for customer units through vendor networks
Enhance service productivity by managing workflows and coordinating with technicians and customers
Handle customer service requests, assist with billing inquiries, and mentor new agents
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Three or more years of customer service experience with issue resolution
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, spreadsheets, and CRM applications
