A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and outbound calls
Provide accurate information about products and services and resolve customer issues efficiently
Document all interactions in the CRM system and achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Comfortable using computers and various software applications for managing customer interactions
Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred
Proven ability to handle outbound calls effectively
Experience providing support through both email and voice channels is preferred
