Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various heating systems and equipment, ensuring high-quality service to our clients while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission heating systems including boilers, thermal fluid heaters, and ancillary equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heat transfer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hydronic boilers, steam boilers, and related equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on proper equipment use and maintenance practices.
• Document service calls, including repairs and replacements, in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
