HR Recruiter Opportunity

Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to onboarding new team members, ensuring an equitable and inclusive approach.
- Proactively source candidates through creative outreach methods, including community partnerships, job boards, and digital platforms.
- Organize and facilitate interviews, maintain clear communication with candidates, and assist hiring teams throughout the selection process.
- Oversee recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and networking opportunities to expand talent pools.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to promote the organization's values and mission within the workforce.
- Develop and maintain relationships with diverse communities to strengthen outreach and recruitment strategies.
- Provide support for workforce development programs aligned with the organization's goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote inclusive hiring practices across all recruitment activities.
Requirements :
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or HR, preferably within nonprofit or mission-driven environments.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and familiarity with employment laws.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks.
