Job Description Summary : Enterprise Technology (ET) is Aegons global IT partner providing infrastructure services, information security, and global / corporate application support across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Business Analysis : Define and document business requirements related to system functionality, performance, security, and internal controls; document current and future state processes for gap analysis, process improvement, and training; obtain approvals from the business sponsor.
• Communication : Effectively coordinate with external and internal teams to ensure delivery of solutions and / or project requirements.
• Vendor / Project Support : Participate in technology evaluations, RFP processes, impact analysis, feasibility studies; manage relationships with IT application vendors during selection and implementation; provide consultancy on solutions and cost considerations.
• Liaison : Understand business processes and IT needs; act as liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams; share best practices with peers across units.
• Quality Assurance : Prepare and execute test cases, perform functional and regression testing, track issues and resolutions; coordinate user acceptance testing; ensure documentation meets quality standards.
• Operational Support : Prepare application administration and end-user documentation; assist with troubleshooting; manage change management processes; coordinate releases and monitoring with technical staff.
• Compliance and Attendance : Understand risk controls, work with Compliance to meet controls, and maintain reliable attendance.
