We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support and advocacy for individuals dealing with various social and emotional challenges.

Duties:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in need of immediate assistance

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients towards positive change

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field

• State licensure or certification as a Social Worker

• Proficiency in crisis management and crisis intervention strategies

• Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation tools and ICD-10 coding

• Familiarity with psychopharmacology and psychotherapy techniques

• Strong understanding of mental health counseling principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Education: Associate Degree

• Experience: 1 year

• 17 hours a week
