Compensation: Earn up to $25/hour (base pay + tips + bonuses)

About the Role: As a Team Lead (Truck Captain) for College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving, you are the on-site leader - the face of our brand and the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll guide your crew through moving and hauling jobs, deliver exceptional service, and ensure every client has a stress-free, positive experience.

This role is ideal for someone who’s energetic, customer-focused, and looking to grow personally and professionally in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead and motivate your crew on every job, ensuring safety, teamwork, and top-tier service.
2. Deliver 110% client satisfaction through professionalism, clear communication, and friendly service.
3. Safely operate trucks and moving equipment while maintaining company standards.
4. Perform daily truck inspections (fuel, tire pressure, equipment, etc.) and ensure materials are stocked.
5. Educate clients on pricing, services, and the benefits of choosing College HUNKS.
6. Make smart on-the-job decisions — from how to load a truck efficiently to determining what can be donated, recycled, or disposed of.
7. Represent the brand with pride — in appearance, attitude, and customer interaction.
8. Train and support new team members as a role model and mentor.
9. Communicate regularly with your supervisor and office team for scheduling, support, and problem-solving.

What You Bring

5. Reliable transportation to and from work.
6. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
