CNA | Float Pool | 3 / 12hr Days

Certified Nursing Assistant

Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses (RN) and / or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). Coordinates care with other disciplines. This position serves adult, geriatric and pediatric populations.

Qualifications :

• Current Montana CNA Certificate required.
• Current Heartsaver AED required.
• Acute Care experience preferred.
• Must possess professional communication skills, and work effectively with a diverse customer and coworker population. Must employ tact, diplomacy and compassion with all types of people.
• Must use good judgment, apply a high degree of integrity and maintain confidentiality at all times. Understanding of the confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines.

Job Duties :

Maintains regular and consistent attendance as scheduled by department leadership.

Shift : Day Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule : Days, 0.9 FTE (36 hrs / wk) Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
