Business Operations Program Manager

A company is looking for a Business Operations Program Manager to support operational execution and program management across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage core operational rhythms, including calendars, event planning, and operational readiness

Execute day-to-day business operations, maintaining data accuracy and coordinating vendor workflows

Program manage cross-functional initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring accountability across teams

Required Qualifications

Experience in business operations, program management, or operational enablement at a startup or fast-growing company

Strong organizational and project management skills

Able to operate independently and manage multiple workstreams

Detail-oriented with experience supporting SaaS, GTM, or product teams preferred

Background in software QA or product quality processes is a plus
