Full-Time outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity near Salem, Oregon

Join an established, growing outpatient practice serving patients of all ages just outside of Salem, Oregon. This role offers a balanced schedule, a strong referral base, and a collaborative team that supports your clinical interests and fosters your long-term growth.

  • Predictable Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with one dedicated admin day per week
  • Low Call Commitment : 1 : 7 call schedule with no weekends or ER coverage required
  • Attractive Compensation : Generous starting Salary, RVU incentives, Sign‑On Bonus, Relocation Allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and malpractice coverage

Qualifications

  • Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in Family Medicine
  • MD or DO from an accredited residency program
  • ACLS certified and eligible for an Oregon medical license
  • New graduates, experienced physicians, and international medical graduates are encouraged to apply
