Responsibilities :

• Greet all patients in a warm, welcoming, friendly and professional manner
• Answer all phone calls and emails, answer any questions, and take messages, if needed
• Schedule all appointments and confirm upcoming appointments
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
• Collect payments for services rendered and file insurance claims
• Maintain patient records and ensure that all paperwork is up to date
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide general administrative support to the dental office
