Key Responsibilities
Lead the grocery sales team and manage regional account leads to drive channel performance
Manage national accounts (Kroger and Albertsons) with full ownership of sales and customer relationships
Develop and grow a high-performing sales team while ensuring effective trade management and market execution
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of CPG sales experience, specifically with large grocery customers
Proven success in leading sales teams in fast-growing or entrepreneurial environments
Deep understanding of trade management and the grocery retail landscape
Highly analytical with strong forecasting and planning skills
Proficient in syndicated data tools and able to translate insights into actionable strategies
