Job Title : SAP Tester Lead Location Miramar, Florida (Hybrid - 3 days / week onsite in Miramar, FL - Local Preferred, relocation ok) GC holder or USC Required Contract to hire Job Description : - Must have excellent, clear communication 10+ years of experience in Testing and solution design, development, implementation of Automation testing in SAP 10+ years of hands-on automation experience in TOSCA in S / 4 Hana Leadership Experience SAP upgrade experience is a plus (especially from ECC to S / 4 HANA) This role will be responsible for the overall quality of systems and technology that are released into ETP's production environment. The scope of this role includes the comprehensive aspects of quality including testing documentation, planning and execution of testing, testing validation, and obtaining approval using both manual processes and automated tools that are available in the environment. In their role, Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring the product meets business requirements and overall business objectives by tracking and reporting quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status, as well as documenting problems and communicating the issue to development staff to assist in their resolution. Join a dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role in modernization of automation testing.Responsibilities : Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and developers to understand business requirements and technical specifications Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios tailored to SAP modules. Identify areas for automation and create a test strategy for automation testing Design, build, and maintain automation scripts using tools like Tricentis Tosca, UFT, Worksoft Certify, or other SAP-compatible testing tools Integrate automated test scripts with CI / CD pipelines to enable continuous testing Understand various programming languages (ABAP, Java, C#, Perl, Python, etc.) and deployment tools such as Turnover, QGM / Solution Manager, as well as devOps and CI / CD practices Ensure reusability and scalability of test scripts across various SAP modules Experience with S / 4 Hana is highly desirable Execute automated test scripts for Functional, integration, and regression testing Identify test data requirements and work with other teams as needed to create and maintain test data Coordinate and schedule testing programs with project and program teams Validate test results and identify discrepancies or defects in SAP functionalities. Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and verify fixes. Generate test execution reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to QA best practices, testing standards, and guidelines. Stay updated with the latest trends in automation testing tools and methodologies. Provide recommendations for improving the overall quality and efficiency of the testing process. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Requirements : 10+ years of experience in Testing and solution design, development, implementation of Automation testing in SAP 6+ years of hands-on automation experience in TOSCA in S / 4 Hana Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD). SAP upgrade experience is a plus (especially from ECC to S / 4 HANA) Leadership experience Experience serving as the point of contact for updates to leadership teams
