Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time School Psychologist position is available at an elementary school in Riverside, CA. This role offers the opportunity to support a thriving school community of approximately 430 students across five multi-grade classrooms. The position operates on a contract basis, providing a consistent schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid break, five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs and support educational outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff and families
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services for students as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to promote a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to ensure effectiveness

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in California
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
  • Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and special education regulations
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Work Location and Schedule:

  • Elementary school setting in Riverside, CA
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
