Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage VIP / Corporate operators, MROs, completion centers, and aircraft resellers for painting projects.
- Build customer relationships through visits and insight gathering on upcoming RFPs.
- Promote our full range of aircraft painting services.
- Develop, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts.
- Support KYC processes and maintain accurate sales pipeline and contract records.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Represent our team in bid-review meetings and at industry events.
- Track market trends and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
Requirements :
5+ years of MRO sales experience, ideally in Corporate Jet / BizJet painting or completion centers.Strong network in corporate aviation and a proven sales track record.Highly organized with strong communication skills.Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.Proficient in KPI tracking and reporting.Benefits & Perks :
