The Impact You Can Have :

As Ulta Beauty continues to expand its international footprint, the Director, International FP&A and Finance will serve as a strategic finance leader responsible for overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and performance management across global markets. In addition to driving budgeting and forecasting efforts, this role will serve as a key liaison between international teams and Corporate functions such as Accounting and Tax. The Director will be accountable for both strategic planning and operational financial oversight, ensuring end-to-end integration of financial data, compliance alignment, and forecasting accuracy across geographies. This individual will work across diverse international business structures, including owned entities, joint ventures, and franchise models, tailoring financial strategies and reporting frameworks to each. The Director will serve as a financial advisor and integrator across Ulta Beautys global operations, influencing decisions and enabling success in a dynamic, cross-border environment. This individual will lead through influence across global teams, shaping processes and guiding financial discipline in emerging international markets.

Youll Accomplish These Goals By :

• Owning international financial deliverables for Annual Budget Planning and Operational Review Meetings
• Analyzing and reconciling international financial performance against internal budgets, partner forecasts, and actuals
• Acting as a strategic advisor by delivering insights and recommendations that align with operational and growth strategies
• Partnering with the Accounting and Tax teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with regulatory and internal standards
• Building and presenting regular updates to executive and international teams on financial performance and key KPIs
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to support global expansion efforts through scenario modeling, ROI analyses, and financial systems setup
• Guiding the development of financial frameworks for varying ownership structures, including owned, joint venture, and franchise markets
• Influencing international stakeholders through data-driven insights to ensure alignment on financial targets and business strategies

The pay range for this position is $143,000.00 - $193,400.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
