Must-Have :

More than 3 years of experience in Obstetrics.

All staff are expected to have BLS, ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications.

Evening and weekend shifts may be required, following staffing guidelines.

Description :

This position involves working in a level 1 maternity unit.

The unit handles approximately 30 deliveries each month.

There are 6 postpartum rooms and 4 labor and delivery rooms.

All staff are cross-trained in labor, mother / baby, newborn nursery, and postpartum care.

Charting is done using Centricity and CPSI systems.

The facility follows AWHONN staffing guidelines.

Cancellations are allowed for one week's worth of guaranteed hours over the specified duration.
