Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Sterling Heights. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop individualized care plans
- Provide counseling and support to clients
- Connect clients with community resources and services
- Advocate for clients' rights and well-being
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and social service agencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of community resources and services
