Key Responsibilities

Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in new loan applications

Obtain necessary documentation and information for processing loan applications

Monitor and analyze credit reports, appraisals, and verifications to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience

Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience

Strong analytical and mathematical background

Ability to assess loan qualifications and recommend solutions

Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
