CPA Chief Accounting Officer

A company is looking for a Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee global accounting operations and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and local regulations

Direct preparation of financial statements and manage external audits while maintaining a robust internal control environment

Lead M&A activities and support financial integration of acquired entities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) required

12-15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role

Experience in Clinical Research (CRO / life sciences) and software / SaaS industries

Strong background in multi-entity consolidations and ERP system optimization
