Tech & Emerging Growth Tax Senior Manager

Overview

Withum’s Tax Services Group is made up of a team of tax specialists that work to ensure tax reporting obligations are met in an accurate and timely manner and minimize or defer the payment of taxes. Their comprehensive understanding of international, US federal, state, and local regulations allows them to help develop economical tax strategies. Their services include Business, Individual, State & Local tax, R&D Tax Credit, as well as International and Private Client services.

As a Tech & Emerging Growth Tax Senior Manager based out of our New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Ramon, Orange County or San Diego CA offices , you\'ll work alongside an integrated team of seasoned, well-known CPAs and industry leaders. In this position, you will take a lead role on all aspects of tax engagements, supervise / mentor staff, and build / maintain relationships with clients.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Achieving associated growth goals in revenue, team head count and key ecosystem relationships
• Being a focal point for collaboration, coordination and communication with your team and the national practice
• Identifying and leading a coordinated, cross functional team to pursue technology and emerging growth opportunities
• Assisting with establishing and achieving specific revenue and service growth goals for the region
• Actively participating in strategy sessions, marketing calls and events with the regional and National technology team
• Working with industry, service line engagement teams to ensure appropriate resources and deliverables are provided to our technology clients
• Providing routine insight into the technology landscape and your associated clients based on your relevant and tangible experience and communicate it to firm leadership. Ensure you are ever aware of your technology clients position, personnel, activity, issues and challenges in order to provide support
• Providing thought leadership
• Actively participating in and contributing to the industry and service line leadership providing perspective and commentary on areas of opportunity and challenge

The compensation for this position will vary by location. If you reside in California, New York, or New Jersey please see below. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual\'s skills, experience and qualifications. California State ranges are from $125,000 - $240,000

New Jersey State ranges are from $135,000 - $230,000

New York State ranges are from $155,000 - $215,000
