Overview

Assist Club guests with arrival and departure, while providing positive guests experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Welcome guests to the Health Club and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Maintain the weight and cardiovascular fitness areas; ensuring equipment is clean, functioning properly, re-racked properly and used according to the guidelines of the facility
• Ensure guest members are aware of all programs and fitness classes available
• Instruct guests in use of equipment and provide basic fitness information
• Maintain attendance records and ensure all guests have registered in the facility
• Assist in promoting the facility and organize special events as required
• Stock locker room with appropriate amenities such as towels and robes.
• Empty carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors.
• Make sure glass doors & mirrors are clean.
• Ensure guests have been given items that will enhance their experience.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
