Admin Assistant To District Manager - Jacksonville

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to all of the District Managers (DM) in a given region. The responsibilities listed on this position analysis are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Responsibilities include :

• Assisting and supporting the District Manager in a centralized location
• For reading and responding to emails while a DM is on vacation or otherwise out of the office for a long period of time

Frequency of Pay : Weekly

Minimum Base Pay : $16.30

Maximum Base Pay : $22.60

Potential Annual Base Pay : $33,904 - $47,008

Year End Bonus : To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.
