Our members sign up to train with a designated squad & coach twice a week which emphasizes consistency, camaraderie, and accountability. Additionally we offer a wide range of additional classes (Strength, conditioning, pilates & run club / programs) to allow our members to customize their training to best reach their goals. About the Role :

As an Athletic Clubs Coach you are more than an instructor. You play an instrumental role in the progress and happiness of your members. In addition to delivering an unparalleled coaching experience, you’ll positively contribute to The ACs culture and uphold our core values : Welcoming, Attentive, Consistent, Accountable and Intentional. We are currently hiring coaches across all classes Strength & Conditioning, Run Club & Advanced Performance Squads, with a focus on our Williamsburg location.

What You’ll Do :

• Deliver AC Classes appropriately and to the AC standard
• Engage with AC members with an interest in relationship building
• Engage in the squad WhatsApp group threads and organically, regularly drive conversation
