Power BI Developer with Python

Job Title : Sr. Power BI Developer with Python Description : We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Power BI Consultant to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inPower BI, DAX, SQL, and Python to deliver actionable insights, automate processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end design and development of Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring high performance, scalability, and user adoption. Write and optimize DAX expressions for calculated measures, columns, and advanced business logic. Design and maintain robust SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support analytics needs. Utilize Python for advanced analytics, data transformation, and integration with machine learning models. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into data models, and deliver intuitive, interactive solutions. Implement best practices for data visualization, modeling, and governance across multiple projects. Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy. Mentor junior team members and contribute to organizational knowledge-sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications : 12+ years of experience in BI development, with at least 5 years focused onPower BI. Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling. Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL / SQL, or similar) for data preparation and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with Python for data wrangling, analytics, and automation. Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working directly with business leaders. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines for Power BI and analytics solutions. Exposure to predictive analytics and integration with AI / ML models.
