Network Engineer

A company is looking for a Network Engineer responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

Add users, configure, update traffic rules, and troubleshoot company firewall

Maintain overall inbound and outbound network connectivity using routers and Cisco gateway

Provide technical support to various departments and users regarding networks and VPN

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline, or a two-year college degree with relevant experience

At least five (5) years' experience with network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and remote access systems

Advanced knowledge of fundamental networking and distributed computing environment principles

Advanced knowledge of network security concepts and solutions

Professional certification preferred
