Automation Sales Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Drive growth by identifying new markets and positioning automation solutions with prospective customers

• Build trusted relationships across all levels, from day-to-day operations to executive decision-makers

• Lead as the primary point of contact for accounts, aligning customer roadmaps with tailored solutions

• Deliver results by meeting revenue goals and providing reliable forecasts

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of automation projects

What You Bring

• Background in Electrical Engineering or related technical field

• Hands-on experience with automation/controls (PLC, VFD, SCADA, etc.)

• Strong understanding of control system design and coding practices

• Proven ability to present solutions and manage multiple customer projects

• Commercial acumen with prior success in sales or customer-facing applications engineering

• Track record of solving complex automation challenges and achieving results

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $121K–$203K, plus bonus (35–45%)
