 What You'll Do :

Cultivate and expand relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and other key decision-makers

Build a strong pipeline of new business through networking, referrals, and outreach

Partner with recruiters to identify and present top candidates to clients

Develop a deep understanding of clients' hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions

Represent CFS at networking events, industry functions, and community initiatives

 What We're Looking For :

A proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management

Professionalism, tenacity, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment

Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship builder

Experience in staffing, finance / accounting, or professional services is a strong plus

Bachelor's degree preferred
