THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience with CRM / POS systems is preferred, and dog CPR / First Aid is also nice to have for this role. Our ideal candidate also exhibits the qualifications listed below :

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR

This is a full-time position with a schedule of 7 AM–2 PM , Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend shifts .

As Front Desk Supervisor, you'll be the first and last point of contact for pet parents. Your duties include managing check-ins and check-outs, answering calls, and making personalized recommendations to enhance each pet's stay. You'll also act as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes by directing the younger staff on prioritization of to-do items and checklists.
