As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for those who enjoy engaging with others and contributing to a secure environment through teamwork, reliability, and a caring approach.

Pay Rate : $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Time : Wed 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
  • Collaborate with property management and / or local law enforcement as needed in response to incidents or emergencies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and / or irregularities encountered during shifts.
  • Provide visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and promote a secure environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
